Is that (all) what it is? Yes. But that is a lot. What have you ever seen or known to be otherwise? Individuals are selfish, yet are needy, and while they've so much to give, they can be so reluctant/frightened to give. Give what that won't come back? There is too little faith, too little understanding of what love really is.
