That feeling when you look up "strava" because FOMO only to find out it's a running app and therefore there's no reason for me to have heard of it before. Whew!
i usually have my laptop out and my phone handy while watching tv if i'm by myself, and get this overwhelming feeling of "i'm supposed to just SIT HERE? something is awry" if i don't have all three. i also noticed that if i'm on instagram a lot the muscle memory kicks in so fast that i will open the app totally unconsciously. then when i realize, instead of just closing it, it'll be too late and something will have caught my eye and i'll mindlessly scroll for awhile. it's not even a positive feedback loop, being on social media gives me mega anxiety and yet i keep doing it. but i won't delete apps because it's the only way to keep up with certain people/things that i actually want to keep up with. anyway, *DEEP RELATABLE SIGH*
TERiffic! The color make it more visually appealing. Wonder: a early childhood csutionary tale for parents to read aloud to young kids before they get addicted. Be happy to contribute to project. Beware the hungry beast hiding in cell phones. T
Lol this is extremely relatable. In March I started a "no screens after 6pm" rule...the first day at 6pm I did not know what to do without my phone. I just sat there 🙈

Sometimes I delete apps to show myself I can, and then redownload them 12 hours later (because the mobile version is not as user friendly 🙃). UGH.

Lol, okay I'm going to do it
"I am in love with my phone" sounds so much nicer.

I love Clock friend
this really spoke to me! I've deleted and re-installed so many apps because resistance is futile. Great comic!
Thank you, Laura!

Yes to all of this
Ugh I know! Glad I’m not the only one.

Ha! Oh my god that would be amazing, and so dark and funny.
I'll give it a think.
