i felt torn reading this comic lol. on the one hand, CONGRATULATIONS!! i'm happy for you both AND i'm happy you felt special and seen, i can understand how that's a wonderful milestone, full stop. on the other, i wish people wouldn't randomly assume people are pregnant. i have had people tell me "congratulations" or ask when i was due and...i wasn't pregnant. or for people who are struggling with being pregnant, people who might be considering adoption, people who are feeling dysphoric. i don't know. i just wish people wouldn't comment on other ppl's bodies at all. i feel like a buttwad commenting this on your happy post but maybe someone will read this and think twice next time.
also i would like everyone to pls check out the wool lemonade link at the end if they haven't already because that was the best thing. (and as a bostonian, "stay off the cobblestones you fool" was nearly a tie.)
